When you place an order by telephone, or via our website order form, we need to know certain information. Such as: Your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, credit card or bank details etc.
By supplying this information, you consent to its use in order for us to complete your order. We endeavour to fully protect all the information you provide. It will not be disclosed to any third parties.
On completion of your order, any financial details you provide (e.g. credit card information) will be deleted from our files. We will however retain contact details to facilitate future order processing, and to communicate with you on matters relating to new products or developments etc.
If you do not wish these details to be kept, please send us an email entitled "please remove from data base" to admin@fairwaterfishing.co.uk.
