Waiting times
We try to keep all the Ready to Fish options in stock ready to go, but at busy times the wait for fishing gear to be made up can result in delays.

Local customers are welcome to pick up their orders from our workshop.
If you require made up / ready to fish gear, then please let us know beforehand, so we can have things ready for you in time.

If Items are listed as available on the website, then we should have them in stock. Sometimes there are errors in stock recording, but for the most part, if you are able to order it online it is here and ready to go.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with stock availability we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be offered a full refund if suitable alternatives are not available.

BACS / Bank transfer
We also accept cash from customers picking up orders from our workshop although we cannot guarantee being able to offer the correct change so bring the right money if you know the invoice total beforehand.

International orders
Customers in other countries should be able to order through our website without any problems.
Orders shipped overseas are charged at cost, and priced according to size, weight, and destination address.

Postal Insurance and missing orders
Postal insurance is included in all our deliveries so in the unlikely event that an order does get lost all customers are covered and will get a replacement, or as near as is possible sent out as soon as we are able.
We do have to wait for the delivery agent to declare the item lost before we send any replacements.

Returns / Order Mistakes
You are welcome to return any items that are in unused / resaleable condition so long as the item is still currently advertised as for sale on the Fairwater Fishing website.
If we send you the wrong items you must inform us in 28 days, we will make the correction and cover the postage costs.
If the customer has ordered the wrong items and needs to change them, this is no problem, but they are responsible for all the postal charges.
If items are missing from your order you must inform us within 28 days, we will send them to you at our cost

Not happy with your order ?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the order you have received we would ask you to contact us directly as soon as you can.
It is our aim that every customer has a positive experience when dealing with our company and although we realise that this is not possible every single time; whenever someone does inform us of something they are not happy with, or points out anywhere we might have fallen short, then as a team we will do our upmost to put things right and ensure customer satisfaction.

Delivery to 3rd party address
It is common for customers who are out all day to direct deliveries to a local address where someone can accept and sign for them.
You are welcome to have orders sent to a 3rd party address however, once it has been successfully delivered it is no longer the responsibility of the sender or the delivery agent to make sure you receive it.
If, once signed for at your 3rd party address, your parcel goes missing it is not the responsibility of Fairwater Fishing or the Delivery Agent.
